In the exploration/feasibility phase of your remodel, and need help with space planning and layout?  As a licensed general contractor and cabinet maker of 30 years, Dave excels at recommending workable layouts in awkward spaces, providing a reality check on what building codes allow, and advising on optimal dimensions.  For a modest fee (generally $500-700, depending on complexity), Dave will visit your project site, take measurements, talk through your ideas and goals, and provide dimensioned CAD drawings of his recommended room/cabinet layout.  (Please note Dave is not an interior designer and, therefore, does not advise on finish or color selections.)​
