Three Steps to Your Forever Cabinets
1
Free Design & Estimate
Ready to start your project? With your measurements, choice of wood species, door style, and finish, Dave's Joint will create a CAD rendering of your proposed cabinetry and provide you with a price estimate. Although CAD renderings of a full kitchen are a time-intensive process, Dave's Joint provides this initial rendering free of charge. Doing so allows customers to determine whether Dave's Joint pricing falls within their budget and whether they would like to proceed with a contract. Dave's Joint is happy to make subsequent revisions to the drawings prior to the contract stage in exchange for a modest design fee, which will be credited towards the cost of your cabinetry.
2
Deposit & Final Designs
Once you have chosen Dave's Joint as your cabinet maker, you will be asked to agree to his Terms & Conditions and to provide a 50% deposit. Next, you will be asked to verify your layout, your selection of wood species/paint or stain color, and your choice of door style. If needed, Dave will also come out to the job site to confirm all measurements. You will also be given the opportunity to choose accessories from Rev-a-Shelf for installation in your cabinets (which will be invoiced separately at the time of order). Once you have signed off on this final design, Dave will order the raw materials and get started on your project.
3
Construction & Completion
As soon as all the materials are in, Dave's Joint will get to work building and finishing your cabinets to his highest standards. Dave will confirm the placement and install in your cabinets any accessories you requested for your project. Lead times vary depending on market conditions and product availability, but generally projects are complete within 6-12 weeks from date of deposit. Once your cabinets are complete, Dave will call you to come inspect the finished product, make final payment, and arrange for transportation.
